Easter is the perfect day to spend time with your family members, have a little break from all the previous months' stress and also reactivate yourselves.

Here are 10 self-care ideas to try this Easter;
1. Rest;
I don’t need to stress this enough that we are human beings and need time to rest. Most people have two months' worth of sleep to do because they don’t consider themselves when creating a work schedule or when planning their day. Human beings can’t live on coffee alone. We need adequate sleep.

Easter is the perfect time to rest. This is a holiday, so you should clear your schedule and adjust your morning routines.

Try different skincare products of your choice and see how your skin turns out. Remember your goal should be healthier and glowing skin.
10. Have a pamper day;
Easter self-care is all about doing reconnecting with ourselves and the people around us. Use these three to four days to organize something just for you. Having a pamper day is not selfish so you need to do something you miss doing. Since most of the countries are just coming out of lockdown you might not have done a lot of things you would consider ‘normal’. Why don’t you plan something for that day?
It might be as simple as walking down the beach enjoying the sea breeze and listening to your favourite playlist.
