Bring back Windows Live Messenger

Windows Live Messenger was an instant messaging client from Microsoft and was used by many of us. Recently Microsoft discontinued to replace it with Skype. This step by Microsoft has kept many us into helplessness as lots of chat logs for many years kept unrecoverable. Our geeks came up with a tweak to bring back your Windows Live Messenger using the tool Messenger Reviver 2.

messengerreviver2

Messenger Reviver 2 automatically installs, repairs and brings back your messenger. It can support versions Windows Live Messenger 2012, 2011, 2009, 2008 and windows messenger. You can continue signing in even its blocked by Microsoft.

You can download Messenger Reviver 2 from messengergeek.

Requirements:

  • Windows Xp
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows 7
  • Windows 8
  • Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 or higher (automatically available from Windows Vista)

Download and run Messenger 2 which will repair and brings back your messenger automatically. You may receive a message asking you to allow Reviver to make changes to your computer. Reviver will automatically detect whether Messenger is installed, which version can be modified or repaired or new installation is needed to bring back (as skype will remove messenger).
